3,000 lbs. and
Corrosion and
Heat Resistant Stainless castings up to 1,000 lbs. Typical
grades of poured steel for the carbon
and low alloy steels are ASTM
a216, 148, 352, 487 with other grades poured upon customer
request. Corrosion and Heat Resistant Stainless castings
are poured in cf8, cf8m and other grades as requested.
Melting
of steel at Henderson Manufacturing Company is accomplished
with a 7,000 lb. electric arc furnace and a 2,000 lb. coreless
induction furnace.
