HMC is the sole
owner of the information collected on this site. HMC will

in ways different from what is disclosed in this Privacy

For certain parts
of this site, your contact information (such as name, e-mail
address and/or present location) will be collected. Such
information allows HMC to process and fulfill Your request.
Your contact information is also used to confirm Your identity
and to contact You about the services on the Site for which

c. IP Addresses

communications from HMC at the point where the Site requests

Per HMC's contractual arrangements with parties, these parties

HMC cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as
other third parties, to enforce laws and third party rights,
such as intellectual property rights and laws relating to

enforcement or other government officials relating to a
criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, or other
activity that may expose HMC or You to legal liability,
HMC can (and You authorize HMC to) disclose Your personal

HMC protects Your

is limited to employees who HMC reasonably believes will

or distribution of your own personal information by our
partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement
with such partners and third parties.

are not necessarily under the control of HMC. Please be
aware that HMC is not responsible for the privacy practices

to HMC by You changes (such as name, e-mail address and/or
present location), please e-mail HMC at

for this Site, HMC will post those changes on
www.hendersonmfgco.com so You are always aware of
what information HMC collects, how HMC uses it, and under
what circumstances, if any, HMC discloses it. If You have
